Remember, Beatty Street between Dunsmuir and Pender is still open to traffic and parking is available. Parking restrictions on this stretch don't begin until February 12th and are in affect until February 28th. You will still be able to drive down this stretch of Beatty at that time but you will not be able to park.There is a huge parking lot next to Provide so there will still be plenty of parking.
